+ | ::Well, it was copied from Wikipedia, and if you look at the Wikipedia version's "What links here" list, you'll find thousands (really!) of links coming from Talk pages, and a few links from Wikipedia talk and Template talk pages. I bet you can't find one coming from a user talk page.<br />Most major contributors aren't probably familiar with MediaWiki or Wikipedia.
