Restoration of kode54's Game Emu Player component from the available source code. Rewrite of foobar2000 component code in progress. Game Emu Player plays several emulation formats, and is based on the "Game_Music_Emu" audio library by Shay Green (see link to "Blargg's Audio Libraries").
Configuration options are available through Advanced Preferences.
