- The method for adding the 'Nero AAC' external plugin can probably be simplified by using 'Settings' -> 'Configure K3b' -> 'Plugins' -> 'External Audio Encoder' -> 'Configure'. CC 14-Sep-2006
- This process would be a good candidate for a proper 'Audio Encoder' and 'Audio Decoder' plugin for K3b if anyone would be interested in spending some time on it. I haven't looked into decoding audio yet, but it looks like it would have to be done in a proper plugin.

I've modified slightly the script so that it doesn't set the progress bar to 100% too quickly by using pipes.
