Lancer is the codename for the highly-optimized Vorbis libraries and utilites by BlackSword of the Ogg Vorbis Acceleration Project.
The latest version, Lancer 20060131, is based on aoTuV beta 4.51. It includes the accelerated versions of:
- oggenc2.8
- OggDropXPd 1.8.7
- Vorbis dynamic libraries
- libvorbis.dll
