I've included some basic info that should hopefully answer some of the FAQs that appear in the SCP thread; speaking of which, the thread is bloated and horrible. It really needs splitting into a discussion thread and an announce thread for releases, but until then I recommend linking some of the most frequently accessed posts (like tool++'s config) and related discussion here so it is easier to pick up how to configure SCPs. --Idumea 16:06, 7 January 2007 (CST)

  1. Agree completely about SCP thread being bloated! The HA/FB forum in its entirety suffers from the same problem—searches are barely helpful because so many results are returned... I don't wish to be too critical of it, though.
  2. A better explanation of text alignment, with more illustrated examples, would be useful. I couldn't make use of advanced alignment techniques presented here. I had to go to the HA forums to understand how $alignabs is used. I still haven't figured out how to use $alignset() properly.
