I'll undo the recent changes I just made with the new syntax, and I'll make note of the new syntax with a link to the wiki page you made.

I think you did a good job with the wiki as it is now. I'll reword some things if you wish so it is easier for the layman or beginner to understand.

What are the other options aside from hidetitlebar and showtitlebar?

I take it Panels UI is dead, at least publicly, yes? If you read this and hopefully respond, I'd like to pass on the word to the Panels UI community.
