Preferences page for the Alter File Content feature of the ReplayGain Scanner component.

Target volume level

Controls the intended volume level. The default value is 89 dB, original ReplayGain specification reference level.

Adjustment type

Choose whether to make files louder/quieter, or only make files louder.

Clipping prevention

The "Lower adjustment to prevent clipping" toggle controls whether peak information - if available - should be used to lower the adjustment preventing the decoded audio from clipping.
