Align ToS with the knowledgebase proposal

I think that the ToS should comply more with the knowledgebase proposal. The current writing does not seem adequate to me --beto 14:01, 14 Oct 2004 (PDT)

I agree. This is probably a little lower on the priority list right now though. We need to actually get some sort of Wiki Policy going before we get too specific about any of this kind of thing either. --Dibrom 14:11, 14 Oct 2004 (PDT)
