Align ToS with the knowledgebase proposal

I think that the ToS should comply more with the knowledgebase proposal. The current writing does not seem adequate to me --beto 14:01, 14 Oct 2004 (PDT)

I agree. This is probably a little lower on the priority list right now though. We need to actually get some sort of general policy/guideline going before we get too specific about any of this kind of thing either. --Dibrom 14:11, 14 Oct 2004 (PDT)
