Usage
The following template (and its variations) can be used for creating styled links to topics on HydrogenAudio.

- The topic ID from the topic URL, e.g. 58574 from "https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic,58574.0.html"

- title
- [Optional] The title of the topic being linked to. If not included, the words “Discussion topic” will be displayed instead.
